Ezdan Holding Group has posted a net profit of QR309.2mn in 2019 compared with QR433.7mn in 2018, the company announced yesterday.
The results were announced after a meeting of Ezdan Holding Group board of directors presided over by Sheikh Abdullah bin Thani Abdullah al-Thani, vice-chairman, in Doha yesterday.
The group’s earnings per share (EPS) stood at QR0.012 by end-2019, compared with QR0.016 during 2018.
Ezdan generated revenues of nearly QR1.67bn last year compared with QR1.62bn in 2018.
The board of directors has proposed no dividends for the financial year that ended in December 2019. The proposed will be submitted for approval at the Annual General Assembly meeting.
Ezdan has also declared that the Investor Relations’ conference will be held via a conference call to review the financial results of the company in 2019. It will be held today at 1.30 pm.
