We are making our best efforts to keep our own people entertained. Finally all our hard work was paying off. We are getting a good response from our Kanna and Tulu people in Qatar. On behalf of overseas Kannada and Tulu movies team, I thank all Karnataka-based associations, representatives and the people residing in Qatar for their support and encouragement. I take privilege on this occasion to inform my compatriots that this movie was going to screen for one week only.”
“It is a great news that Tulu comedy movie Girgit is being released simultaneously in India and the Gulf countries. Otherwise, we had to wait and by the time it reached us here we would normally loose the thrill since many would have seen it in India and through other electronic media means. Looking at the trailer, it is really going to be very entertaining with star cast of huge reputation in the Coastalwood cinema and also Tulu Rangabhommi. It is a great opportunity to watch and enjoy director and star Roopesh Shetty, comedy kings Aravind Bolar, Naveen Padil, Bojaraj Vamanjoor, Umesh Mijar, Bahrain Roshan Shetty, talented Shilpa Shetty and all,” said Ravi Shetty, vice president Karnataka Sangha Qatar, patron and past president Tulukoota Qatar, founder president Bunts Qatar.
