His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani received a written message from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz al-Saud of the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including an invitation to His Highness the Amir to attend the meeting of the 42nd session of the GCC Supreme Council, to be held in December 2021 in Saudi Arabia.
The message was handed over by Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah al-Saud, during a meeting with the Amir at the Amiri Diwan office yesterday.
At the outset of the meeting, the Saudi minister conveyed King Salman's greetings to the Amir, wishing him every success, and the Qatari people further progress and prosperity.
For his part, the Amir entrusted Prince Faisal to convey his greetings to the Saudi king, wishing him good health and the Saudi people further development and growth.
